BubbleConf 2013’s First 3 Lightning Speakers
BubbleConf is a conference for today’s tech startups on design, development and entrepreneurship by Nedap and Phusion. We aim to bring together developers, designers and entrepreneurs from all over Europe to share their knowledge and war stories with one another. With about 400 attendees last year, we hope to see you at this year’s edition in the Beurs van Berlage in Amsterdam on September 27th!
LightningSpeakers += 3;
A few weeks ago, we did a call for proposals for lightning talk speakers and were blown away by the submitted proposals. After a stringent and extensive selection process, we’re ready to announce the first 3 cadets of our Lightning Talk class of 2013.
Want to apply for a lightning talk spot? We have reserved two spots for the last extraordinary ideas/projects. If you believe your project/idea deserves a spot in the lime-light, be sure to let us know via email and apply for one of these coveted spots!

Jurriaan Kamer – Growing your company whilst staying agile
After years of hard work your startup is finally taking off. You are growing exponentially and are innovating at lightning speed, great! The company’s next growth phase sets in, and certain challenges arise. How do we build an agile organisation so we can stay flexible? How do we prevent the introduction of middle management, departments and bureaucracy? How do we keep the startup culture and speed of innovation alive?
